Good🇮🇳 morning update. Met Gala has raised $42m as Stars attend Fashion is Art night | Congratulations greetings meeting hosts Met Gala has raised $42m for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute at this year’s event in New York. Beyoncé, Nicole Kidman and Venus Williams were among the co-hosts, as celebrities including Rihanna, Jay-Z and Blake Lively attended under the theme “Fashion is Art”. But the event drew criticism over the growing presence of tech billionaires, with figures linked to companies like OpenAI and Meta reportedly hosting tables. Nice organization official. BBC News. Have a nice Met Gala 2026 Community weekday

All of this is a theater directed by the will of the United States. In reality, it is a tactical move by the U.S. It is true that their economy has suffered slightly due to the war they initiated, but the economies of the rest of the world have suffered the consequences to a much greater extent. If we take into account that the U.S. is harmed less than other countries, this allows it to consolidate itself as a world power with even more strength than before the conflict. If their economy falls by 3.3% while that of their competitors or the rest of the world drops by 10%, the United States ends up, ironically, being more powerful in relative terms. With this strategy, it has not only paused the growth of emerging powers like China and India but has also weakened the economic influence of the European Union and slowed down Japan's technological progress. Donald Trump does not care if he is labeled a fool; the country stands above him, and in terms of objectives, the United States is fulfilling them one hundred percent. There are no real interests in ending the war. GG

So this is where the latest rumours of a lockdown have come from, were arent sheep we wont listen again, this whole thing stinks, why are they even talking like this is some big thing?! 2 people died on a fn ship, the most isolated thing imaginable.

The partial and total internet shut down is bad: any explanation for it still makes it seem opaque. What surprises me is that Steve presents the local authorities as being as shut down as the local citizenry with the internet shut downs. I would have thought that the Russian state recognised the need for local officials to have the means of conducting local state business, even if the state left citizens everwhere powerless.
