MPs agreed to abide by the referendum and then when the vote came in they spent the next 2 years arguing about it instead of working together to deliver what the majority of voters wanted and we are still waiting. On top of that our population has exploded and our public services like the NHS, sewage, water, roads, transport and energy can’t cope. Unfortunately now we are in a vicious circle

I was at a funeral today and asked the chap I was talking to about his options on the government… he in a nutshell he said .. they promised to be tough on crime then let loads of people out of prison and now aren’t even sending criminals to prison anymore just letting them walk out with ‘suspended sentences’ they promised to make working worth while and have upped benefits then upped working people’s taxes to pay for it, they promised to stop illegal immigration but I read we are paying 6 million a day just to pay for hotels while being told we have no money for defence and schools! Was interesting to hear even folks who don’t really ‘follow politics’ seem to think this..kind of hard to really argue with him tbf!

Restore are honest… they’ve said that the changes will be drastic and it will hurt. They’re not selling lies - that’s the difference between all the parties. The transparency is a breath of fresh air. All big decisions would be voted on (like brexit), journalists take half a sentence of what they’ve said and deliver it as truth because they’re completely anti-establishment unlike all the other parties on offer.

The reason why the word Establishment is used in this context is that to fully describe and explain what it is can take over an hour. Suffice it to say it is not only our entire civil service, it is all of our political, diplomatic, scientific and educational institutions, hundreds of quangos, 20 or more Think Tanks and multinational corporations. The Bank of England, House of Lords, party grandees, around 400 aristocrats and oligarchs, our monarchy, a hole host of societies secret or otherwise such as the Pilgrim and Fabian Societies. The WB, BIS, IMF, DAVOS, WEF, WTO, Bilderberg, Trilateral Commission, all our professions such as the BMA, The BBC, Trade Unions, the British military, Military Intelligence and Judiciary. The Club of Rome, RIIA and CFR. The EU, UN and all of their various associated institutions, plus around a dozen very well financed so called charitable foundations such as the Ford, Rockefeller and Carnegie. Plus I am sure many more I can't be bothered to think about right now. Wish Farage good luck with that lot as he is going to need it.

I just don’t get folk who think the rich and big business will pay for everything. Welfare must be cut….. being out of work should be hard, if it isn’t it becomes like it is now a career choice where some earn more than those in work. Cutting welfare and stopping illegal immigrants would support increased defence spending which is sorely needed. The new establishment are those MP’s who quickly figure out the their job is lucrative and immediately forget to act for their constituents. Being out of work should be painful. Welfare should cover the minimum whilst seeking a job. If welfare would be hard folk would work. It’s simple. We need a cross party group to completely overhaul healthcare and the NHS. A mixed system is the only way forward. The government could fund premiums for private health insurance for those under fifty….. it would probably be cheaper than NHS provided services. The transition would likely take a generation but needs doing. Stop using the NHS as a convenient political weapon.

I'm delighted to hear that millions of people claim they will never vote Labour or Tory ever again. That is also my intention. However, I am not naive enough to think that Reform are going to provide a panacea. Should Reform form a future government and let the country down again, then we are in dangerous territory.

Surely it’s the Civil Service that makes or breaks policies. They blocked Brexit. They ignore illegal immigration’s issues. They are more influential in a political party’s success or failure than the politicians within. Maybe senior mandarins should be selected by the winning party following an election?

The 'Corporate Agenda' crushed all healthcare systems around the world, with 'healthcare for profit' (everything is for profit) So, it's not 'broken' - efficient, effective organization had a service with all zones need to d to save lives, help the sick. As for 'Labour' or 'conservative' parties are No longer the original parties! Manipulated by outside forces (Zionists). I would vote for Anyone who dares to speak aid to Gaza and speaks out on 'Americas obliteration if democracy by Trump's gang of thugs - the Epstein regime. Corby is a man of courage and conviction - a true 'Labour' party man! Again, Zionist agenda strategically took him out. Read Holden's book - it's astounding - something all Britons need to know.

Read Starmer's wiki page he's a Marxist. "The International Revolutionary Marxist Tendency (IRMT), founded in 1965, was an international Marxist group based in France, led by Michel Pablo, also known as Michael Raptis, the former secretary of the Trotskyist Fourth International. As well as number of English-language publications in the 1960s and 1970,[5] the British section, Socialist Alternatives, was behind the magazine Socialist Alternatives[6] of which current UK Prime Minister and Labour Party leader Sir Keir Starmer was an editorial board member from 1986 to 1989"

Jacob Rees mogg said he was tasked with getting rid of 5000+ EU laws etc by David Cameron and never got any passed, just as much his fault as was with Cameron and his government and future leaders, how lame is that. It just really highlights how much of a significant change, in fact upheaval of the political system there needs to be for anything to make sense again.

Starmer is duplicitous. Says that he did not fall in with America but still allowed America to use British bases and sent troops to defend airspace and also specialised mine sweeping personnel. He would probably have sent ships (for defensive operations) if we had them to send. He is always duplicitous. There are some good video compilations of him saying one thing and then the opposite on multiple topics.

People voters from both Conservative and Labour have been let down by them and doubt if they will ever vote for these two parties. It’s the politicians fault for not listening to the people so deserve what they get. New parties are starting up and are listening to the people. Bring it on at the next election.

There should be a way of having a general election mid term if the party in power in the view of a majority of people they have not carried out what they set in their manifesto. Of course things can be blown off course due to world events. But Labour have lied about everything from freezing council tax, making energy cheaper and being beyond reproach with the way they conduct themselves.

Similar thing happened in France a couple of election cycles ago. The traditional Left and Right parties that had swapped power for many years all of a sudden fell away to be replaced by Macron and Le Pen. In their system the anti Le Pen vote has kept her out so far but each presidential election sees them edging closer.

Sadly the political class and the civil service have collectively failed the UK population since WW2. Big banks and multi millionaires who look only for short term gains are the real reason we see so little "change" we need more long term investment, particularly with energy production and distribution. While we have the most expensive electricity costs anywhere in Europe this country will struggle to progress. Brexit is a classic example of an opportunity that has been bungled by the political class.

Some of us are likely to vote for the person rather than the party. These are local elections here in England so whilst sending messages to the parties is all very useful to indicate displeasure with past peformances one needs to consider how councillors have performed in local affairs and what their challengers propose to do differently.

Why talk over Scarlett just as she was saying " that a large section of younger progressives who are very motivated by things such as the conflict in the MIddle East who might have views that are more unpalatable than a lot of people might think"? I wanted to know what she was getting at and to expand on that. Camilla and Tim: don't step in too soon - the devil is in the detail!

Does this man Starmer ever consider that good labour following Councillors with years of service. Will be swept out of Councils..Just because he is so hated by the population ? The man could not care less what happens to them ,as long as he can carry on his destroyer position in number 10 ....The man's an anger creator... unfortunately he will probably continue to grow the position.

The crazy thing about all of this is that every institution is set up to make government work for labour and it still isn’t working for them. If Reform win the next election, they will not be able to govern because every single institution , judge , the civil service, the police will work against them. What happens then?
